Delivery
- We send all items (within the UK) using Royal Mail's recorded delivery service.
- This costs £2.99 for one item and then £0.50 for each extra item.
- We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours.

Returns
- We will exchange/refund any item returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent.
- We will only refund the cost of delivery if the item is faulty.
- Please obtain a proof of postage certificate from the Post Office - we cannot be held responsible for items that don't reach us.
Online Payments
- We use WorldPay to handle our online payments. WorldPay is part of "The Royal Bank of Scotland Group", the 5th biggest banking group in the world.
- This means we can accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo and Maestro (formerly Switch).
- We do not store or have access to your card details - we send WorldPay your basket details (items you want to purchase, total amount, etc.) and they handle the rest. We send this data using SSL, which means it is secure and encrypted.
- Any personal data you submit to WorldPay or to us will not be used for any other purpose than contacting you about your order.

Other Payment Methods
- We are happy to accept cheques, made payable to "Milk And Cereal". Details can be found in our order form.
- We must stress however that we cannot update our stock until your payment has cleared. In the unlikely event of the item(s) being unavailable, we will contact you using the contact details you provided to us and inform you of any delay.
- If you have ordered multiple items, we will dispatch what we have in stock straight away and will not charge extra postage if items have to be sent separately.
